# Irish Land Act 1903, Section 49: Registration fees


No fee shall be payable in the Local Registration of Title Office on the registration of the ownership of any land purchased by the Land Commission or the Congested Districts Board, or for any land certificate issued to the Commission or Board, or any purchaser from them.
