Section 50 Stamp duty

No stamp duty shall be payable on any order or instrument made or issued under the Land Purchase Acts, or Part Two of this Act, whereby any land in respect of which an advance is made under those enactments is vested in any person, or is conveyed, or agreed to be conveyed, to any person.
