# Irish Land Act 1903, Section 94: Locality suggested by signatories of representation to be taken into consideration


Before a sanitary authority provide in any improvement scheme for the erection of new buildings in any locality, other than that suggested by the persons who signed the representation in pursuance of which the scheme is framed, they shall take into consideration the wishes of those persons as specified in the representation.
