  "text": "Nothing in this Act shall affect—\n(a) Any sporting rights, mineral rights, or water rights which are not in the possession or enjoyment of the vendor at the time of sale;\n(b) Any mine or quarry which is being worked or developed by the vendor at the time of sale; or\n(c) Any right to water power in actual use by the vendor at the time of sale.",
