Coming into force 1st April 2020

The Secretary of State makes this Order in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 265(2) and 266(2) of the Local Government Act 1972f1.

The Council of the Isles of Scilly has, in accordance with section 265(2) of the Local Government Act 1972, applied to the Secretary of State to make an order under that section of that Act.
