# The Isles of Scilly (Functions) (No. 2) Order 1982, Article 2


The Council of the Isles of Scilly shall exercise and perform the functions conferred or imposed on district councils by—
sections 30, 32 and 88 of the Civil Aviation Act 1982 (provision of aerodromes, byelaws thereat and the detention and sale of aircraft for unpaid charges); and
Schedule 4 (Street Trading) of the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1982.
