  "text": "Where any sums shall be payable in respect of the prosecution of any offences committed in the Isles, the orders for the payment thereof shall be made on the officer appointed for that purpose by the County Council of Cornwall and shall be paid by him out of the county fund. Any sum so paid shall be repaid by the Council to the county council.",
