Article 7 Changes in areas

(1)

Subject to paragraph (2), Part IV of the Act shall not apply to the Isles.

(2)

Subsections (1) and (2) of section 72 (accretions from the sea, etc.) shall apply to the Isles, but in the said subsection (2), for the last 12 words there shall be substituted “the Isles of Scilly”.
