  "text": "Section 265(1) of the Local Government Act 1972 provided for the continuance of the Council of the Isles of Scilly. Section 265(2) provides for an order providing, inter alia, for the constitution of the Council and otherwise for regulating the application of the Act of 1972 to the Isles. This Order contains such provision. It also, under section 265(3) of the Act of 1972, provides for payments to the Cornwall County Council in respect of certain expenses of that council.",
