Article 2 Variation of the Isles of Scilly Order 1978

The Isles of Scilly Order 1978f1 is hereby varied by the insertion, after paragraph (2) of article 6, of the following paragraph–

“(2A)

Section 137(4AA) of the Act shall apply as if the Council were a metropolitan district council.”.f2.
