  "text": "In this Schedule—\n“completion certificate” has the meaning given by paragraph 7(2);\n“enforcement cost recovery notice” has the meaning given by paragraph 11(2);\n“enforcement undertaking” has the meaning given by paragraph 10(1)(b);\n“monetary penalty” has the meaning given by paragraph 1(2);\n“prescribed” means prescribed in supplementary regulations;\n“stop notice” has the meaning given by paragraph 5(1);\n“supplementary regulations” has the meaning given by paragraph 14(1).",
