  "text": "In this Schedule—\n“senior officer” means—\n(a)a constable of at least the rank of inspector;\n(b)a designated customs official of at least the grade of senior officer;\n(c)a designated NCA officer of grade 3 or above;\n“specific-premises warrant” and “all-premises warrant” have the meaning given by section 17(4).",
