# Ivory Act 2018, Section 41: Crown application


(1) Subject to subsection (2), this Act binds the Crown.
(2) Sections 12 and 28 and paragraph 9 of Schedule 1 (offences) apply to persons in the service of the Crown but, apart from that, do not bind the Crown.
