# Ivory Act 2018, Section 42: Extent


(1) This Act extends to England and Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.
(2) Subsection (1) does not apply to section 18(7) and (8) and Schedule 2, which extend to England and Wales and Northern Ireland.
