# The Jobseekers Act 1995 (Commencement No. 3) Order 1996, Article 2: Appointed day


The day appointed for the coming into force of the provisions of Schedule 2 to the Jobseekers Act 1995 specified in the Schedule to this Order, and section 41(4) of that Act in so far as it relates to those provisions, is 11th June 1996.
