# The Jobseekers Act 1995 (Commencement No. 4) Order 1996, Article 2: Appointed Day


The day appointed for the coming into force —
(a) of paragraphs 2, 12 and 14 of Schedule 2 to the Jobseekers Act 1995, and section 41(4) of that Act in so far as it relates to those paragraphs, is 2nd September 1996;
(b) of all other provisions of the Jobseekers Act 1995 in so far as not already in force, is 7th October 1996.
