# Jobseekers Act 1995, Paragraph 38

In section 1 of the Administration Act (entitlement to benefit dependent on claim), in the definition of “benefit” in subsection (4), after “Benefits Act;" insert—
“(aa) a jobseeker’s allowance;”.
