  "text": "(1) Paragraph 6 of Schedule 8 to the Local Government Finance Act 1992 (enforcement in Scotland) is amended as follows.\n(2) In sub-paragraph (1)—\n(a) after first “income support\" insert “ or a jobseeker’s allowance ”;\n(b) omit “within the meaning of the Social Security Contributions and Benefits Act 1992\"; and\n(c) in paragraph (a), for “income support\" substitute “ that benefit ”.\n(3) In sub-paragraph (2)(b) after “income support\" insert “ or a jobseeker’s allowance ” .",
