  "text": "(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Jobseeker’s Allowance (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 1998 and regulation 3(c) shall come into force on 1st December 1998 and the remainder of these Regulations shall come into force on 4th August 1998.\n(2) In these Regulations “the Jobseeker’s Allowance Regulations” means the Jobseeker’s Allowance Regulations 1996.",
