# The Jobseeker’s Allowance (Amendment) Regulations 1996, Regulation 16: Part-weeks


In regulation 151 of the Jobseeker’s Allowance Regulations (amount of a jobseeker’s allowance payable where a person is in a residential care or nursing home), in paragraph (3) at the end there shall be added the words—
“`N' is the number of days in the part-week.”.
