# The Jobseeker’s Allowance (Amendment) Regulations 1996, Regulation 19: Disregards


In paragraph 11 of Schedule 6 to the Jobseeker’s Allowance Regulations (sums to be disregarded in the calculation of earnings) the words “and both members of the couple are aged under 60” shall be omitted.
