  "heading": "“Full-time student”",
  "text": "(1) Regulation 1(3) of the Jobseeker’s Allowance Regulations shall be amended in accordance with the following provisions of this regulation.\n(2) In the definition of “full-time student”, in sub-paragraph (i) of paragraph (b), the words “(not being higher education)” shall be omitted and at the end there shall be added the words “or a full-time course of study which is a course of higher education and is funded in whole or in part by the Secretary of State for Scotland;”.\n(3) In the definition of “full-time course of advanced education”, in paragraph (a), the words “(not being higher education)” shall be omitted and at the end there shall be added the words “or a full-time course of study which is a course of higher education and is funded in whole or in part by the Secretary of State for Scotland;”.",
