  "long_title": "These Regulations amend regulation 75 of the Jobseeker’s Allowance Regulations 1996. Amongst other things, regulation 75 prescribes the meaning of “an employment programme” for the purposes of section 19 of the Jobseekers Act 1995, which relates to the circumstances in which a jobseeker’s allowance is not payable to a person even though he satisfies the conditions of entitlement. The amendment adds a new employment programme, called Jobfinder, to the list of programmes in regulation 75.",
