Coming into force 13th March 1997

In exercise of the powers conferred on the Secretary of State by section 19(10)(c) and 35(1) of the Jobseekers Act 1995f1, and of all other powers enabling her in that behalf, and after agreement by the Social Security Advisory Committee that proposals in respect of these Regulations should not be referred to itf2, the Secretary of State for Education and Employment, by this instrument, hereby makes the following Regulations:
