Paragraph 23

In regulation 67 (sanctions)—

(a)

in paragraph (1)^f1—

(i)

after the words “section 19(5)(b)”, in each place where they occur, there shall be inserted the words “or section 20A(2)(b)”;

(ii)

in sub-paragraph (b), after the words “section 19(5)(b)(i), (ii) or (iv)” there shall be inserted the words “or section 20A(2)(b)(i), (ii) or (iv)” and after the words “section 19(5)(b)(iii)” there shall be inserted the words “or section 20A(2)(b)(iii)”;

(b)

in paragraph (2)—

(i)

after the words “section 19(6)(c) or (d)”, in each place where they occur, there shall be inserted the words “or section 20A(2)(f) or (g)”;

(ii)

after the words “section 19(5)(b) or (c)” there shall be inserted the words “or section 20A(2)(b) or (c)”;

(iii)

after the words “section 19(6)(a) or (b)” there shall be inserted the words “or section 20A(2)(d) or (e)”;

(c)

in paragraph (3)—

(i)

after the words “section 19(5)(b)(iii)” there shall be inserted the words “or section 20A(2)(b)(iii)”;

(ii)

after the words “section 19(5)(c)” there shall be inserted the words “or section 20A(2)(c)”.
