  "text": "In regulation 75 (interpretation)—\n(a) in paragraph (1) after the words “section 19” there shall be inserted the words “, section 20A”;\n(b) in paragraph (1)(b)(iii) after the words “section 19(5)(c)” there shall be inserted the words “and section 20A(2)(b)(iii) and (iv) and section 20A(2)(c)”;\n(c) in paragraph (2) after the words “subsection (2)” there shall be inserted the words “and in section 20A, except subsection (3)”;\n(d) in paragraph (3) after the words “section 19(2)” there shall be inserted the words “, section 20A(3)”;\n(e) in paragraph (4) after the words “subsection (9)” there shall be inserted the words “in section 20A”.",
