  "text": "In regulation 78 (circumstances in which a person is to be treated as being or not being a member of the household)—\n(a) after paragraph (1) there shall be inserted the following paragraph—\n“(1A) Subject to paragraphs (2) and (3), the members of a joint-claim couple shall be treated for the purposes of the Act as members of the same household notwithstanding that they are temporarily living away from each other.”;\n(b) in paragraph (2) for the words “Paragraph (1)” there shall be substituted the words “Paragraphs (1) and (1A)”;\n(c) in paragraph (3)—\n(i) for the words “Paragraph (1)” there shall be substituted the words “Paragraphs (1) and (1A)”;\n(ii) in sub-paragraph (c), for the words “the claimant” there shall be substituted the words “a claimant”.",
