Paragraph 34

For regulation 82 there shall be substituted the following regulation—

“Income-based jobseeker’s allowance

(1)

Regulations 83 to 86 and 87 apply in the case of an income-based jobseeker’s allowance but not a joint-claim jobseeker’s allowance.

(2)

Regulations 86A to 86D only apply in the case of a joint-claim jobseeker’s allowance.”.
