# The Jobseeker’s Allowance (Joint Claims) Regulations 2000, Paragraph 36


In regulation 88(1) (calculation of income and capital of members of a claimant’s family and of a polygamous marriage), for the words “and to regulation” there shall be substituted the words “and regulations 88ZA (calculation of income and capital of a joint-claim couple) and”.
