In regulation 25(1) (entitlement ceasing on a failure to comply)—

(a)

in sub-paragraph (a) for the words “the claimant” there shall be substituted the words “a claimant”;

(b)

in both sub-paragraphs (a) and (b) after the words “regulation 23” there shall be inserted the words “or 23A”;

(c)

in both sub-paragraphs (b) and (c) for the words “the claimant” there shall be substituted the words “that claimant”.
