  "text": "In regulation 102C (calculation of income of participants in the self-employment route of the Employment Option of the New Deal)—\n(a) in paragraph (3)(a), after the words “or his partner” there shall be inserted the words “or, in the case of a joint-claim couple, the participant and the other member of the couple of which the participant is a member,”;\n(b) in paragraph (4), after the words “Schedule 6” there shall be inserted the words “or paragraphs 1, 2, 5 and 6 of Schedule 6A”.",
