# The Jobseeker’s Allowance (Joint Claims) Regulations 2000, Paragraph 46


In regulation 148(1) (applicable amount in urgent cases), after the words “income-based jobseeker’s allowance” there shall be inserted the words “but not a joint-claim jobseeker’s allowance”.
