In regulation 151 (amount of a jobseeker’s allowance payable when a person is in a residential care or nursing home)—

(a)

in paragraph (1), after the words “the claimant” in both places where those words occur there shall be inserted the words “or, as the case may be, the joint-claim couple”;

(b)

in paragraph (2), after the words “weekly applicable amount” there shall be inserted the words “or, as the case may be, the weekly applicable amount of the joint-claim couple”.
