# The Jobseeker’s Allowance (Project Work Pilot Scheme) (No. 2) Regulations 1997, Regulation 1: Citation, commencement and duration


(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Jobseeker’s Allowance (Project Work Pilot Scheme) (No. 2) Regulations 1997 and shall come into force on 26th Mayy 1997 immediately following the revocation of the Jobseeker’s Allowance (Pilot Scheme) Regulations 1996.
(2) These Regulations shall cease to have effect on 25th May 1998, unless revoked with effect from an earlier date.
(3) The Jobseeker’s Allowance (Pilot Scheme) Regulations 1996, the jobseeker’s Allowance (Pilot Scheme) (Amendment) Regulations 1996 and the Income Support (Pilot Scheme) Regulations 1996 shall be revoked with effect from 26th May 1997.
