# The Jobseeker’s Allowance Regulations 1996, Regulation 33: Notification of Determinations and Directions under Section 9


The claimant shall be notified of—
(a) any determination of the Secretary of State under section 9;
(b) any direction given by the Secretary of State under section 9.
