# The Jobseeker’s Allowance Regulations 1996, Paragraph 5


Except as provided in paragraph 6, the weekly premiums specified in Part IV of this Schedule shall for the purposes of regulations 83(e) and 84(1)(f), be applicable to a claimant who satisfies the condition specified in paragraphs 10 to 17 in respect of that premium.
