# The Jobseeker’s Allowance Regulations 1996, Paragraph 6: Member treated as capable of work, or member entitled to statutory sick pay


A member who—

(b) . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
(c) is treated as capable of work by virtue of regulations made under section 171E(1) of the Benefits Act (disqualification etc.); or
(d) is entitled to statutory sick pay.
