Regulation 11 Earnings during the transitionally protected period: further provisions

In regulation 11 of the Transitional Provisions Regulations (earnings during the transitionally protected period), in paragraph (3) for the words “section 1(2)(a) to (d)(i) and (e) to (i)” there shall be substituted the words “sections 1(2)(a) to (c) and (f) to (i) and 2(1)(a), (b) and (d)”.
