# The Jobseeker’s Allowance (Transitional Provisions) (Amendment) Regulations 1996, Regulation 15: Treatment of contribution-based Jobseeker’s Allowance as earnings


In regulation 15 of the Transitional Provisions Regulations (treatment of contributionbased jobseeker’s allowance as earnings), in paragraph (1) for the word “earnings” there shall be substituted the word “income”.
