  "heading": "Definition of benefit week",
  "text": "(1) Paragraph (2) of regulation 1 of the Transitional Provisions Regulations (interpretation) shall be amended in accordance with the following provisions of this regulation.\n(2) In the definition of “benefit week” for sub-paragraph (c) there shall be substituted the following sub-paragraph—\n“(c) where the benefit is a jobseeker’s allowance, has the same meaning it has in the Jobseeker’s Allowance Regulations by virtue of regulation 1(3) of those Regulations.”.\n(3) After the definition of “the Income Support Regulations” the following definition shall be inserted—\n““the Jobseeker’s Allowance Regulations” means the Jobseeker’s Allowance Regulations 1996;”.",
