  "text": "(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Jobseeker’s Allowance (Workskill Courses) Pilot Regulations 1997 and shall come into force on 7th April 1997.\n(2) These Regulations (other than the transitional provisions of regulation 26) shall cease to have effect on 6th April 1998, unless revoked with effect from an earlier date.",
