# The Jobseeker’s Allowance (Workskill Courses) Pilot Regulations 1997, Regulation 10: Active seeking during vacations


In any week which falls wholly in a vacation, a person who is treated as available for employment in accordance with regulation 9 shall be treated as actively seeking employment in that week if he takes such steps as he can reasonably be expected to have to take in order to have the best prospects of securing employment for which he is available under regulation 9.
