# The Jobseeker’s Allowance (Workskill Courses) Pilot Regulations 1997, Regulation 11: Application of Part III


This Part applies to a qualifying person who is required to attend an office of the Department for Education and Employment listed in Part II of the Schedule and who is undertaking a workskill course as a full-time student.
