Regulation 13 Disapplication of regulation 15(a) of the Jobseeker’s Allowance Regulations

In any week which falls wholly or partly in the period of study, regulation 15(a) of the Jobseeker’s Allowance Regulations shall not apply to a person to whom this Part applies.
