# The Jobseeker’s Allowance (Workskill Courses) Pilot Regulations 1997, Regulation 14: Circumstances in which a full-time student is to be treated as actively seeking employment during term-time


A person to whom this Part applies shall be treated as actively seeking employment in any week during which he is undertaking a workskill course as a full-time student and which falls wholly or partly in term-time.
