# The Jobseeker’s Allowance (Workskill Courses) Pilot Regulations 1997, Regulation 18: “Training Scheme” in section 19


In relation to a person to whom Part II or Part III applies, “training scheme” in sub-paragraphs (iii) and (iv) of paragraph (b) and in paragraph (c) of subsection (5) of section 19 of the Act means, in addition to the scheme listed in regulation 75 (1) (b) of the Jobseeker’s Allowance Regulations, a workskill course.
