Regulation 21 Modification of regulation 72

Regulation 72 (2) (a) shall read, in relation to a person who has restricted his availability in accordance with Part II or Part III, as if after the word “8” the words “and 13” were deleted and the words “,13 and the Jobseeker’s Allowance (Workskill Courses) Pilot Regulations 1997” were inserted.

Regulation 72 (5) (c) of the Jobseeker’s Allowance Regulations shall not apply to a person falling within Part II.
