# The Jobseeker’s Allowance (Workskill Courses) Pilot Regulations 1997, Regulation 26: Transitional Provisions


On the expiry of these Regulations, the Jobseeker’s Allowance Regulations shall apply to any person to whom these Regulations applied with the modifications to those Regulations made by these Regulations for any remaining period of his period of study.
