Regulation 5 Application of Part II

This Part applies to a qualifying person who is required to attend an office of the Department for Education and Employment which is listed in Part I of the Schedule in accordance with a notice under regulation 23 of the Jobseeker’s Allowance Regulations and who is undertaking a workskill course as a part-time student.
