  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order.)\nThis Order revokes the Johne’s Disease Order (Northern Ireland) 1976 and the Johne’s Disease (Amendment) Order (Northern Ireland) 1989.\nThe effect of these revocations is that the Department of Agriculture no longer has certain powers to deal with cases or suspected cases of Johne’s disease or to take certain steps to prevent the spread of that disease.",
